Leysin,  the  resort  of  the  canton  of  Vaud  welcomes  the  final  of  the  first  Swiss 
tour of snowboard and ski « freestyle » -  the  LADIES  FIRST  CHALLENGE –  on  Friday  March 23 and Saturday March 24 on the snowpark. The best snowboarders and skiers of all of Europe will compete to get the amount of 7'000 francs (5'000 francs for the snowboard and 2'000 for the ski) put at stake this year. 

The ladies will be the queens on the ski-runs in Leysin on Saturday March 24. The public will be able to attend the performances of the best „freestylers“ of all of Europe on the snowpark.

Friday : last qualifications for the final
The girls who did not get their ticket to attend the final of the LADIES FIRST CHALLENGE during the two qualifying rounds in Thyon (VS) and Wildhaus (SG) will still be able to try to qualify themselves on Friday. A slopestyle will be organized on the snbowpark and the five best riders of each category will be qualified directly for the final of the tour the day after.

Saturday ; the big final of the LFC 2012 !
The competition of Saturday will bring together the winners in ski  and snowboard of the three competitions organized during the winter in the French and German part of Switzerland. Around 30 „freestylers“ will participate in this last event of the LFC 2012. The day will be cut in half : in the morning a slopestyle which will enable the best girl to accede to the final which will be held at the beginning of the afternoon.

7‘000 francs and numerous prizes are at stake during this big final !
A significant financial reward and numerous prizes in technical material for snowboard and ski can be won during this final 2012. The first three snowboarders  will share the amount of 5‘000 francs and the skiers the amount of 2‘000 francs. The results will conclude the day around 16h00 at the bottom of the snowpark.

8h-9h30 : Last registrations at the bottom of the cabins in Leysin
From 9h onwards : Training on the snowpark
10h15 : Rider meeting on the friendly place of the snowpark
10h30-12h : Qualifications runs
12h-13h30 : Break
13h30-15h : Runs for the final
15h45-16h : Results at the Freestyle bar, at the bottom of the snowpark

Saturday March 24
9h-10h : Training on the snowpark
10h15 : Rider meeting on the friendly place of the snowpark
